Child Nutrition

Florence City Schools serve nutritious breakfasts and lunches daily. Menus are planned to meet the new wellness standards of the State Department of Education and the U. S. Department of Agriculture.

Prices for breakfast are $ 0.65 for the paying student and $ 0.30 for the reduced- price student.

Prices for lunch are $1.50 for the paying student and $ 0.40 for the reduced-price student.

Students may pay in advance by the day, month or year.

Parents are welcome to eat meals with their children. The price for their breakfast is $1.25 while their lunch price is $3.00.

The Florence City School District is in the process of implementing some exciting new technology designed to give you more direct access to your child(ren)'s lunch room accounts.

This new technology will allow you to use the internet to log on and see what and when your children have been eating, what their current balances are, and make some notes against their accounts for the manager to see. To participate in this process you must have a PayPal account.
